Overview

No legislation targeting advocacy for Palestinian rights is in effect in Connecticut. Lawmakers introduced an anti-boycott bill in 2017 prohibiting state agencies from contracting with or investing in any person or business that promotes or engages in boycotts of “allied nations,” including Israel and territories it occupies. The bill was defeated.
